I had a very disappointing experience at this office. The manager and staff were rude and unprofessional. We went in for a follow-up appointment for my baby, who had a fever and was diagnosed with roseola, requiring us to reschedule the vaccines. I was initially told the copay for the vaccine appointment would be $15.At the appointment, I emphasized the importance of only administering the school-required vaccines. Despite my request, they ignored me and gave my teenager a vaccine that was not on the school list and before the required age, resulting in a $290 charge for non-covered services. Additionally, they tried to charge me $50 for my son's appointment, despite originally quoting $15.As a medical billing manager and parent, I find this practice unethical. They should review patient benefits and coverage before administering vaccinations and services, and be transparent about medical costs. They should also respect parents' wishes regarding their children's care.On the top of this, the responses to these reviews from the office are so pathetic, but of course you can't ask much an ignorant staff, definitely the lack of professionalism and knowledge from their manager will get the office down the hill. I do know my child's information and the reference number I requested to the insurance was not for the child on the claim denial but of course you wouldn't know this because you are not taking the time to read the charts and don't even know processes and what are you even talking below. Please someone send them back to school to learn procedures.

We just switched our kiddos to Wee Care and couldn’t be happier! I am grateful we finally found a pediatricians office that makes us feel at home. The nurse and NP we saw were both so gentle and caring with my daughter who is sensitive and anxious about doctors appointments. She left saying she would be happy going back! So that made me a happy mom. I didn’t feel rushed or sent on my way simply because my kiddo was healthy and passing milestones. All my questions were answered and I feel better as a mom knowing we have a great place now for our kids. I like how they offer a good balance between thoughtful modern medicine and more of a holistic approach to fit the needs of each family and patient. I love that and think it’s so awesome to see that nowadays! The office is also so cute and fun for kids! AND they have same day sick appointments! You’d think that would be the norm for pediatricians office and it’s not, trust me. YAY for same day sick appointments!!! (: Thank you to everyone at Wee Care for being so wonderful and sweet and for providing great care to our family!******It is disheartening to see some negative reviews for such a wonderful office about things that are typically common office policies. Things happen to everyone, I get it. We’ve dealt with last minute cancellation fees at other places before. But although it may be frustrating, it is pretty normal policy. Medical offices, dental, salons, etc. You name it. Cancellations hurt any type of office that runs by appointments. Let’s all remember that policies are there for a reason to keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone. (: It makes me sad because unfair reviews like that could prevent a family from finding a good doctor they love and works for their family. Anyway, 100% recommend Wee Care! It is a cozy and wonderful little pediatricians office. We are grateful to have found it and are happy to have a pediatric home!

Extremely Disappointed - Prioritizing Money Over Patient HealthI had an appointment scheduled for my son and unfortunately came down with the flu, making it impossible for me to take him. I called to reschedule and was given the runaround for about 10 minutes, then my husband called and was told there would be a $75 cancellation fee. When he explained that we were just trying to reschedule because I was sick, they still refused to waive the fee. Instead, they told us to just show up, despite the situation, and after 30 minutes of back and forth, they hung up on him.It is very clear that this office cares more about collecting money than actually supporting patients, especially in situations like mine. I have never dealt with a more money-hungry, unempathetic medical office in my life. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this doctor. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to people’s health and circumstances.
