They’ll hit you with a lot of unnecessary fees. Very unprofessional, take your child elsewhere.

Do not use them for your newborn if you do a home birth or birthing center. I don’t know what happened to Dr Thole, but the LNP there will be condescending and treat you like you did something wrong. Goes straight to money making weight check scams “because it wasn’t born in the hospital”.

I am so excited and grateful to have found this doctors office for my two sons. The practitioners that I have experienced with so far our lovely. Cassidy was so warm and caring and thorough. She answered all of the questions that I needed answered. Front desk ladies, as well as the nurses and techs are all awesome. The office is so big and up-to-date and clean and well decorated. I recommend this doctors office to anyone. I am excited to grow with them!

It was already frustrating going here because you never see the actual doctor. It’s always one of the nurses, and they almost always tell you to go to the store for an OTC medicine. At first I appreciated this approach, allowing your child to fight through things, but ultimately for us it would lead to follow-up visit after follow-up visit until they finally would have to prescribe something because our son would get so much worse. Then, we had a 6 month follow up scheduled for our two year old after getting tubes in his ears. I was concerned about scheduling so far in advance because it was right around the time I was due to have a baby, but was reassured we would get a reminder call and could reschedule if needed.Well, we never received that reminder call and of course, the day of his appointment, I was admitted early into the hospital. They called me when on way and I explained what was going on. The person I spoke to seemed to be understanding and told me to call after we have the baby to reschedule and she even mentioned an issue where others hadn’t received a reminder call as well. The next day, I see I was charged $30 for not canceling. I called and spoke to the same person who said she remembered me and would give the information to the person in charge of billing. When leaving hospital, I called again to ask about the $30 charge. At this time, I was told they were only willing to credit my account with them and not the credit card which was already being used for a large hospital charge and terrible timing.I was so disappointed and couldn’t feel comfortable continuing to go somewhere that did not find being admitted in the hospital to have a baby reason enough to waive this fee.

Absolutely love it here. They don’t make me feel bad for wanting certain things for my kids. They have all the info you ask for. They always go over the moon to make sure you’re happy!
